Workshops
Conference Supporters and Workshop Presenters will deliver Workshops on Wednesday afternoon, May 7, 2025.
Workshops provide the opportunity to present practical and interactive demonstrations of innovative technologies, products, capabilities and services. Workshops must incorporate technical details and not be overly commercial.
Each workshop will last 60 minutes (including demonstration and questions) and should be designed for small groups of 10–40 delegates to encourage audience interaction. Each workshop will be repeated three times to ensure that delegates have the greatest opportunity to attend their preferred selections.
To expand your reach further, companies have the option to produce a 30-minute on-demand presentation that will be available to all delegates from May 6 through June 30, 2025. On-demand presentations merge seamlessly in our online Knowledge Spaces. When attendees seek out presentations of interest, they discover related content. There is no limit to how many on-demand workshop presentations a delegate can watch.
Call for Workshop Proposals - Deadline September 2, 2024
Both Conference Supporters and Workshop Presenters can host a Workshop. Only 12 Workshop opportunties are available due to room availability at the Congress Centre.
It is important that the workshops sare interactive. Practical equipment demonstrations and facilitated discussions or debates are suitable formats. We recommend that your workshop builds on content that is included in the on-demand presentation. Proposals should contain the following details:
- Workshop Title
- Workshop Presenter(s) Contact Details
- A 200-word summary of your proposed workshop including:
- Introduction (overview of what the workshop is about)
- Workshop content (what the participant will see or do on a practical level)
- Outcome for participants (what the participants will learn from the workshop)

Workshop Fees and Benefits
The Workshop Fee is €12,500 and includes:
- Acknowledgment during the opening session, in downloaded articles and proceedings, and on the conference website
- Logo placement in One Knowledge Space. Logo links to company profile
- Deliver your latest science in-person and as an on-demand presentation: Workshop Presenters have the opportunity to present a Workshop on Wednesday, May 7. Each presentation is 60 minutes including Q&A and repeated 3 times to ensure that delegates can attend their preferred selections in a small group setting. AV equipment and delegate sign-up during registration is handled by the organizers so you can focus on your content and your audience. To expand your reach, you may create an on-demand presentation, which can be viewed by all delegates until June 30, 2025.

- Exhibit Table with electrical outlet. Exhibit tables will be allocated based upon Sponsorship Level (Conference Supporter, Workshop Presenter, Exhibitor)
- Company Profile, which includes logo, company description, contact details, up to 6 assets promoting products and services, links to presentations at RDD Europe 2025 and articles published at previous RDD conferences. During the conference period, company profiles will also include key contacts, messaging and meeting scheduler (visible to registered delegates). Company profiles are posted from time of commitment through June 30, 2025.
